In accordance with Regulation 2016/679, of April 27, on the Protection of Personal Data and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, Natanael Estévez Fernández, hereinafter Audiosanit, provides the interested party with additional information regarding the processing of personal data.

- Right to restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR): “The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing (…).”
- Right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR): “The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided (…).”
- Right to object (art. 21 GDPR): “The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her (…).”
The recognized rights described above may be exercised directly by the data subject or through a legal or voluntary representative. The request must be accompanied by a copy of the ID card of the data subject who intends to exercise any of the rights recognized in GDPR 2016/679.

The basic regulations to be taken

La normativa básica a tener en cuenta por los prestadores de servicios a través de páginas web es la siguiente:
